Funds Withdrawal

For deposit transactions made by credit / debit cards, withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours and credited to the same account within 2-5 business days. For clients who combine credit cards with other payment methods (e.g. Neteller, Moneybookers), XEMarkets must first send all funds back to their credit cards before using another payment method.

Note:

For credit cards that do not belong to the CFT Program XEMarkets cannot process withdrawal amounts that exceed the initial deposit. In case your withdrawal amount exceeds your initial deposit, you will receive by wire transfer the amount that exceeds this initial amount. In order to withdraw funds by WebMoney, first you will need to log in to the Members Area, select this payment option under the Withdraw tab, and follow the simple instructions to proceed with your payment.

For Moneybookers transactions, withdrawals can be credited to the same Moneybookers account. Funds transfers are processed within 1 business day.

For Liberty Reserve transactions, withdrawals can be credited to the same Liberty Reserve account. Funds transfers are usually processed within 1 business day.

Note:

For clients who deposit funds by Liberty Reserve, withdrawals will be processed by Liberty Reserve.

Please also note that in order to protect all parties against fraud, in most cases XEMarkets only pays funds back to the source of the original deposit. In such cases, clients should submit a request to withdraw funds from their trading accounts by specifying the deposit currency. Should the deposit currency differ from the transfer currency, XEMarkets will convert it into the currency in which the transfer is made.

For Neteller transactions, withdrawals can be credited to the same Neteller account. Funds transfers are usually processed within 1 business day.

XEMarkets provides fund withdrawals by SOFORT, a direct credit transfer system with highest security and quality standards, available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Great-Britain, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Fund withdrawals via SOFORT are processed fast and hassle-free. Except for the usual online banking information, no additional registration or credit card are needed for SOFORT, and online banking authentication guarantees the security of safe withdrawals.

To withdraw funds via SOFORT, please log in to the Members Area, click Withdrawal, and select the option SOFORT. Here you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with withdrawals.

With special attention to clients living in the Netherlands, XEMarkets provides fund withdrawals via iDEAL, a payment method for fund transfers between bank accounts. Withdrawals by iDEAL are processed fully automatically and by STP, guaranteeing both high-level security and speed.

To withdraw funds via iDEAL, please log in to the Members Area, click Withdrawal, and select the option iDEAL. Here you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your payment.

In order to transfer funds from your XEMarkets account into your bank account, you will need to provide the following details:

• Account name of recipient
• Bank name
• Branch name
• Account number
• SWIFT code
• IBAN

Note:

In case you have not provided XEMarkets with the necessary details yet, please fill out the Withdrawal of Funds Form and fax it to 00357 25820344, or scan and send it to withdrawals@xemarkets.com. You will receive the funds to your account within 3 business days. For bank wire withdrawals XEMarkets only covers its own bank side fees.

Please also note that clients who deposit funds by Western Union or MoneyGram, will have their withdrawals processed by wire transfer.
